Privacy Policy

Overview

Jelly Hoard is an offline SpriteKit game with local progress, local settings, optional advertising support, App Tracking Transparency, and a security SDK. This policy explains what the app stores or may access.

Local Game Data

The app stores level progress, star ratings, music settings, vibration settings, and first-launch state locally on your device using iOS storage. This data is used to restore your gameplay and preferences.

Advertising and Tracking Permission

The app may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you allow tracking, the app may access the device advertising identifier to support personalized advertising. If you deny tracking, gameplay remains available and the app continues without the advertising identifier.

Advertising SDKs

The app includes advertising SDK integrations such as Chartboost, Yandex Mobile Ads, Vungle Ads, and InMobi. The app requests dynamic ad configuration from a remote endpoint and initializes only supported ad platforms after the tracking permission flow and security setup complete.

Security SDK

The app includes HSSecurity.framework for app security and integrity protection. The security SDK may use device or app identifiers needed for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and secure operation.

Network Use

Core gameplay is designed to work offline. Network access may be used for advertising configuration, ad loading, and SDK security or advertising functions.

Children's Privacy

The app does not ask players to create an account and does not intentionally collect contact information from children. Advertising SDKs may process data according to their own policies and Apple's platform rules.
